Windows Vista Information
Installing ServerScan:-
In order to install ServerScan under Windows Vista you must run the installer in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode and have the "Run this program as an administrator" option ticked.
- If you have already installed ServerScan then remove it first by using the "Programs and Features" app under the Windows Control Panel. You should also remove the ServerScan directory. This is "c:\Program Files\Tatakai ServerScan" assuming you installed using the default path. - Choose "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" from the drop down list
- On the same tab put a tick in the "Run this program as an administrator" box
- Now OK the changes
