I have two questions
first is i am running the older patch and when ever i run it asks me if I want o DL the new patch I have dL the patch in the path you have placed on you thread but every time i open it still asks if i want to dl the new patch.
second is there a tab or an admin value that will allow vote kick vote map so if the the vote wins it will automatically do what the vote was?

Update message popping up:
Ignoring the message for a mo continue to load ServerScan. Under the about screen what version does it say you have? If it's not 2.4.6 then you are not running the latest release so the update warning is correct. Download 2.4.6 again and overwrite the serverscan files. You may not have installed serverscan in the default location!

Admin value:
Not within ServerScan. If this functionality is not built into the game then you will need a serverside mod to do it.
