This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author of this software. By installing or otherwise using this software you agree to be bound by this agreement.

This agreement applies to the following software product, Tatakai ServerScan. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not install or use this software.

This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon termination to promptly destroy the software together with all of its component parts, prior and replacement versions, and all copies and modifications thereof in any form.

This software is copyrighted freeware.

This software will download banners from our servers and display them within the GUI of the software. No personally identifiable information is sent by the software during this process. On clicking the banner you will be taken to a third parties website of which we have no control. In no way can we be held liable for content displayed by this third party.

This software will display a news based web page which is downloaded from our servers within the GUI of the software, the purpose of which is too keep our users informed of any revisions or updates to the software in question. No personally identifiable information is sent by the software during this process.

All versions of software feature a fixed expiry date. The expiry date will be clearly shown in the application. If support for the application continues a new version will be made available on the relevant download page at http://www.tatakai.co.uk before the expiry date is reached. The author or this software is under no obligation to provide any future revisions or updates to this software.

Should any term of these terms and conditions be declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.
